When facing these challenging  and uncertain times of COVID 19 that are affecting our daily lives and routines, we want to let our patient’s know that your health and safety are always our top priority as we take the necessary step to protect you and your family stay protected and comfortable during your dental visits. You may be worried or scared to take a dental appointment because you don’t want to get infected. However, dental offices are largely considered  a safer place,  especially with extra precautionary measures the dentists and staffs strictly follows.

Our office follows the Covid 19 safety guidelines
Sterilization

We follow extensive sterilization and infection control. We sterilized all equipments and dental instruments before and after each use. We ensure that the office and operatories are clean and disinfected between each patient appointment. We frequently sanitize and clean our hands especially before and after contact with patients, after contact with high touch surfaces or equipment and after removing PPE. We also installed air purifiers with HEPA filtration UV light in every operatories.

Personal Protective Equipment
Our dentist and staff  wear PPE such as gloves, protective eyewear, face shields, masks and protective clothing.

Patient Screening
Before you go into the office, please be prepared to answer  Covid 19 pre screening and In Office screening questionaire to see if you have any COVID-19 symptoms.
We also require all patients and visitors to wear a mask at all times while in the office except when they are being treated.

What to Expect on your Dental Appointment???

We have a new “ Car to Chair Policy” protocol in effect. When you arrived for your appointment , we kindly request that you call us at 416 759 0895 to inform us that you are in our door step.
We will meet you at the door of the office and escort you inside the office. You will be asked to sanitize your hands using a 70-90% alcohol-based hand rub disinfectant and your temperature will be taken with a touchless thermometer when you arrive for your appointment.
Our waiting room is limited so you’ll be asked to kindly follow the physical distancing protocol. Our goal is to make sure we keep each other safe, so please don’t bring anyone else to your appointment (except a child-parent situation or one companion for Senior patient). Most patients will be required to attend appointments alone. You’ll notice fewer patients in our office too, to keep social distancing easier.
We will escort you to your treatment room and chair once ready and also escort you back  after treatment, by opening the door for you. Please avoid touching the door knob.
Appointments will be spaced out to allow for physical distancing and disinfecting in between patients.
